Our store policy
Concerned about your satisfaction
At Technic Passion, we want to ensure our customers a pleasant shopping experience, to encourage them to come back regularly. We believe that our store's policies and terms and conditions should be fair and transparent. You will find the detailed policies below. If you can't find the information you're looking for, don't hesitate to contact us!
We accept payment by:
- credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
- bank transfer or Twint (contact us beforehand)
- cash: only for pick-up in our warehouse with discount from 5 to 20 CHF per article (please contact us by phone or email beforehand for this)
After validation of your order, it will be processed quickly and you will receive at the latest within 3 working days an e-mail concerning the shipment with the tracking number of your package. Your order will be sent as soon as possible once it has been processed by us.
All our shipments are made via Swiss Post home delivery in Economy or Priority according to your choice when finalizing the order. You can however collect the items directly from our warehouse in Geneva (please contact us by email / phone beforehand for this) and benefit from a small discount (5 to 20 CHF depending on the models and the means of payment).
Stepina (Technic-Passion) cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier once your order has been handed over to them. Please notify the carrier upon delivery if the package or items are damaged.
We also invite you to ensure that your mailbox is secure and with your name, we can not be held responsible for non-receipt of your order for standard delivery if the carrier indicates that the package has been delivered to the address indicated during your order.
When you confirm your order you confirm the address indicated, in the event of an addressing error, your package will be returned to us and we will contact you (the initial shipping, processing and packaging costs will not be reimbursed in all cases).

The shipment of your orders is carried out from Monday to Saturday, and delivery may potentially be delayed in exceptional periods (eg: sales, period before Christmas, summer holidays, etc.).

- PostPac Economy: free
- PostPac Priority: CHF 5 supplement
- Direct pickup from our warehouse: 5 to 20 CHF discount per item
Our return policy
Products purchased from Technic Passion can be returned under the following conditions:
1. Return period
The return period applies from the date of home delivery or collection at the post office. The delivery date indicated by the carrier (for example available on online tracking) is considered.
Subject to the exceptions below, items purchased from Technic Passion may be returned within 14 calendar days.
Please contact us first to request a return.
2. No right of return
For the following cases, we unfortunately cannot offer a return:
- products cannot be returned in their original packaging;
- accessories are missing or misplaced by the customer;
- the articles have been opened (even partially) or assembled;
- the items have been damaged during transport and the damage is the consequence of the wrong handling of the package by the carrier (please notify the carrier upon delivery of any visible damage on the package or the item in order to open a dispute and potentially receive compensation from the carrier for the damage).
As long as the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply after receipt of the complete, undamaged and unworn merchandise:
- refund at the purchase price if the items are still in their original packaging which has not been opened (the seals are intact) and which is not damaged (logistics costs of CHF 15 will be deducted per request) ;
- for items damaged by the customer and not opened/sealed, deduction of the purchase price depending on the condition of the goods (minimum 10%, minimum deduction: CHF 15). Individual evaluation of returned items.
Once the return request has been accepted and the products received in our warehouse, reimbursement within 15 working days.
4. Return costs
The shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the sender. In the following cases only, the return costs are covered by Technic Passion:
- upon receipt of an item different from the one ordered;
- in the case of incorrect data in the online store;
- upon receipt of an item not ordered;
5. Packaging and sending the return
Note that returned items must be packaged in accordance with the carrier's standard, and if it is not possible to return in the original package, the customer must ensure that the cardboard used is double-wall corrugated carton and the well protected articles inside. The items remain under your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please keep a proof of deposit. Our return address is: Stepina (Technic Passion), Rue Le-Corbusier 21, 1208 Geneva.
